Pastor Mike Putney (Amy)

Pastor Mike Putney has a B.S. in Bible (Pastoral Ministries) and M-Div (Master of Divinity) degrees from Clarks Summit University and Baptist Bible Seminary. He was licensed to preach the gospel in 2003 in Hampton, VA, and ordained to the gospel ministry in 2009. He served for 21 years in the U.S. Navy before being called into pastoral ministry. He served as an assistant pastor at Mehoopany Baptist Church in Mehoopany, PA, from 2004-2008. He also served as a pastoral intern at WBC from May 2008 until January 2009, when he was called by the church as the lead pastor. Pastor Mike is currently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry through Baptist Bible Seminary. He loves being a husband and father and enjoys running, trail running and hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, reading, and enjoying life with his family and friends.
